I’ve been having problems with my ibook over the last week. On Tuesday morning it wouldn’t even start. So on Wednesday afternoon I received a box in the mail from Apple Care. The estimated turn around time was 7-10 days. Friday morning when I got into the office, I saw a box on my desk. I thought, “oh, great, something must have gone wrong with the postage.” To my surprise, it turned out that Apple fixed the problem and returned it in less than 48 hour…replaced a logic board or some such thing. For any of you thinking about purchasing Apple Care for your gear, it’s worth it. I have Danny to thank for this bit of advice.
